An in depth look into your medical history will be requested for these sessions including diagnosis, allergies, labs and vitals to help us track any improvement in specified areas.
An invite to fill out client information will be sent to allow me to document our sessions and track progress. This also allows for safe keeping of your personal information.

Our one on one consultations allow me a look into your life and your goals. We will work together on finding an integrative health plan to help you achieve your lifestyle goals. During these sessions you dig deeper and take accountability for ways you can achieve success!

What to expect:
Herbs and essential oils can interact with other medications and herbs. A complete assessment will be requested during a consultation including allergies, diagnosis, medication list, recent lab work to help track improvement in specified areas.

Freshly made products available for you to order. Made from all natural products using certified therapeutic grade essential oils and/or dried herbs that have been infused to create creams, oils, shower/bath fizzers, and balms.
